How does the AI organize my thoughts?
Type or speak everything into brain dump mode. The AI identifies tasks, ideas, and notes, assigns priorities, and creates organized cards automatically — no folders or tagging needed.
How do I sign in?
Use Sign in with Apple, Google, or your email address. With email, we send a one-time code — there are no passwords to remember or lose.
Voice capture is not working. What do I check?
Make sure FocusNotes has microphone and speech recognition permissions: open Settings, scroll to FocusNotes, and enable both. Voice capture processes speech on your device — audio is never uploaded.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, scroll to the bottom of your notes list and tap Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and all notes, and cannot be undone.
Is my data private?
Your notes are stored securely in your personal account and are never used to train AI models. See the privacy policy below for full details.
Is FocusNotes free?
Yes. Unlimited notes, brain dump, and AI organization are free. No credit card required.
